We are looking for a motivated, committed and creative personality for a position as

• Receiving and processing individual reservations through various reservation channels using the “Protel” reservation system
• Receiving and processing group reservations
• Conducting site inspections
• Monitoring correspondence regarding guest arrivals as needed
• Maintaining the guest registry
• Ensuring optimal room occupancy in accordance with the pricing strategy
• Correspondence in German and English

• Completed degree in business administration or hotel management
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservations, is a plus
• Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels
• Knowledge of Protel, Knowcross, and CRS Syn Xis is a plus
• Excellent language skills in German and English / (French is a plus)
• Warm and service-oriented host
