- Working independently
- Carrying out and ensuring a smooth service process
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector
- Knowledge of the standards set by Leading Hotels of the World or Swiss Deluxe Hotels
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
- An organised and meticulous approach to work
- Good command of German or English
