• Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze booking patterns, demand trends, competitor performance, and business mix.
• Support pricing and inventory strategies across market segments and distribution channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Monitor booking pace, pickup, cancellations, seasonality, and demand patterns.
• Maintain revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in business review and commercial meetings, providing revenue insights and recommendations.
• Support group pricing decisions and evaluate business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, and overall hotel revenue.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations.
• Ensure revenue management practices are aligned with Hyatt standards and business objectives.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Commercial Analysis, or a similar hospitality role.
• Good understanding of hotel performance indicators, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, booking pace, and demand trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using reporting and analytical tools.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. German would be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable turning data into clear business recommendations.
