• Manage the cafeteria during service hours, ensuring quality.
• Prepare the buffet and guest areas for service effectively.
• Assist guests with inquiries and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Strong teamwork and efficient working style required.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English essential.

• You look after the cafeteria during service hours
• Your working days are Tuesday - Friday
• You are responsible for the mise en place at the buffet and in the guest area
• You are the contact person for guests; competently answering questions and concerns
• Carrying out replenishment and tidying tasks as well as general cleaning duties
• Helping out at the coffee bar and supporting internal catering / events

• Ideally, you already have professional experience in gastronomy or a service profession, e.g. as a service employee or in sales
• You are team-oriented and have an efficient working style with the highest standards of quality
• You are a positive and service-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning manner
• Good German and English skills (spoken and written) to communicate flawlessly with customers
