We are looking for a motivated individual with drive, organizational skills, and team spirit to join our HR team.

Your Mission
As an HR intern, you will be a valuable member of our dedicated HR team. You will gain insights into a wide range of processes and actively support us in operational HR work. With yourstructured way of working and your enthusiasm for organization and people, you will help ensure that our HR processes run smoothly.

Your Tasks

• Maintaining and filing employee records (digital & physical)
• Managing incoming mail (digital and physical) and supporting email
  communication
• Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates
• Supporting the administrative processing of personal insurance policies
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees (e.g., checklists, welcome packages)
• Support in the digitization of processes
• Creation of presentations or internal communication content

What you Bring

• Ongoing or completed studies in HR, organizational development,
  psychology, communication, business administration, or a related field
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Performance- and results-oriented way of working with a clear focus on achieving goals and efficiency
• Team-oriented, empathetic personality with excellent communication skills
• Confident command of German and English
