External IT Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for IT positions, with a focus on Microsoft Certified professionals.
• Ensure that you provide full descriptions of Microsoft certifications in the resume for verification of each candidate you submit.
• Submit resumes through our Manatal ATS vendor access.
• Collaborate with our team to meet client demands and achieve successful hires.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically sourcing for Microsoft Certified professionals.

  Microsoft Certification Validation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and candidate experience.
