Swiss Payroll Specialist

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll/HCM Practice. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to assist with monthly payroll operations for a Switzerland-based client.

• Monthly Payroll Processing
• Support payroll for 100+ Zurich based employees
• Manage and process year-end bonus payments
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll execution in Swiss currency
• All employees are Zurich-based with no collective bargaining agreements and no cross-border workers
• German language proficiency required;
  Swiss German is a plus but not mandatory
• Role is primarily onsite with remote flexibility if necessary

• Experience with Abacus Software

This is a project-based consulting opportunity for approximately 3 months with possibility of extension.

This is expected to be part-time, approximately 80 hours per month.
