Ein führendes HR-Dienstleistungsunternehmen sucht eine erfahrene Person für die Gesamtverantwortung der HR-Organisation in der Schweiz. Die Position erfordert mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR, fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und die Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken. In dieser Rolle beraten Sie die Geschäftsleitung in People-Themen und arbeiten eng an der Umsetzung der HR-Strategie. Ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, sowohl in Deutsch als auch sehr gut in Englisch zu kommunizieren, sind erforderlich.
