What You’ll Be DoingAs an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in providing dedicated local support to a specific client group, spanning from strategic initiatives to the seamless delivery and execution of HR operational activities. In this versatile role, you will partner closely with managers and colleagues across the full spectrum of HR functions, with a special focus on Talent Management & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations.

What will your essential responsibilities include?- Act as primary HR contact and trusted sparring partner for a defined group of business leaders, supporting them in operational and strategic people-related matters and enabling effective team performance
- Provide holistic support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with an outstanding focus on advising managers on people-related decisions and enhancing organizational effectiveness
- Offer expert advice on employment law, contractual matters and support managers and employees in performance reviews and ongoing development activities to nurture key talent - ensuring compliance and fairness
- Coach and challenge leaders on how to motivate teams, address complex people issues, and strengthen organizational capabilities
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing regular reports, data analyses, and key HR metrics, thereby assisting the HR Lead in strategic planning and operational decision processes
- Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, performance management, and talent initiatives
- Assist the HR Lead in implementing HR strategies and initiatives, as well as organizational changes and transformation projects
- A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, supplemented by further HR certification such as “HR Fachfrau/-mann” or similar
- Proven experience in a proactive, business-focused HR role covering the full spectrum of HR functions
- Extensive knowledge of Swiss labor law and local HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and establish trust across diverse stakeholders
- A results-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail, compelling problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a complex, multicultural matrix organization is an advantage
- Fluency in both German and English
