Description
Summary:
Our reward team covers a broad spectrum of executive compensation, ranging from designing variable compensation schemes to advising Compensation Committees. You’ll work across strategic reward topics in a collaborative environment that values innovative, practical solutions for clients.
- Lead executive compensation and reward consulting projects, including the design of executive incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global level, with related income tax assessments
- Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations
- Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses to inform reward design and governance.
- Create and quality‑review client offers, presentations, policies/regulations, Excel simulations, and memos.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaborate with adjacent teams (e.g., People in Deals, Equal Pay, Diversity & Inclusion) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Lead and coach junior team members; foster knowledge sharing and high‑quality delivery across projects.
- Manage projects end‑to‑end to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes for national and international engagements.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law.
- 5–8 years’ experience in reward consulting, including executive compensation mandates, with proven project management experience.
- Familiarity with compensation regulations and disclosure requirements in Switzerland and internationally.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills; high interest in project‑oriented and interdisciplinary work.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coach team members.
- Fluency in English and German;
French is a plus - Very good MS Office skills.
- Ready to take ownership from day one; highly motivated, dynamic, and determined.
- Ability to support business development and manage client‑facing work.
