We are conducting a confidential search for a HR Director Switzerland.

The company is a market leader in its sector, operating under a recurring service-based business model with a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability and long-term partnerships. The Swiss entity, established over a decade ago, represents a strategic and growing market within the Group.

The role combines strategic leadership and strong operational involvement in a dynamic, performance-driven environement.

• Lead and develop a HR team
• Oversee all HR activities across a multisite industrial structure
• Drive recruitment, workforce planning and talent development
• Manage employee relations and social partnership matters
• Support business leaders on performance, organization and transformation topics
• Contribute to on going growth initiatives (organic expansion and potential acquisitions)
• Ensure alignment with international HR standards while adapting to Swiss market specificities

• A track record of 5–10+ years of HR leadership in a multi site industrial environement
• Strong communication and management skills
• Strong operational mindsetcombined with strategic perspective
• Experience in complexworkforce management and employee relations
• Hands-on, credible and charismatic leader
• Highly analytical, intellectually agile and autonomous
• High development potential within an international group environement
• Fluent German and English required;
