Human Resources Payroll Manager

This position is suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational HR responsibilities with payroll administration, and who is comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment.

• Oversee and coordinate the monthly payroll cycle from preparation through execution
• Ensure personnel data and payroll records are accurate and up to date
• Manage administrative processes related to Swiss social insurance registrations and updates
• Assist HR leadership with period-end reporting, reconciliations, and internal reviews
• Conduct monthly payroll-related reconciliations including statutory deductions and allowances
• Contribute to cross-border payroll initiatives and process improvements
• Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues on day-to-day HR matters

• Several years of payroll experience within Switzerland
• Practical experience with Abacus payroll systems (required)
• Familiarity with Radiantfleet is beneficial but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-driven mindset
• Professional English and good German communication skills (written and spoken)
