Universitäts - Kinderspital Zürich – Eleonorenstiftung sucht eine payroll-affine Fachperson für den HR-Services-Bereich. Sie betreuen einen festen Mitarbeiterskreis, führen monatliche Lohnläufe durch und optimieren Payroll-Prozesse in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Payroll-Erfahrung, kennen Schweizer Sozialversicherungsrecht, Quellensteuer sowie UVG/KTG und arbeiten sicher mit Hospis bzw. HR-Systemen. Ein proaktiver Teamplayer mit IT-Affinität ist willkommen.
