- Relevant education or further training in Payroll, HR or Social Insurance.
- Knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security, taxation and employment-related regulations combined with hands‑on payroll experience.
- Good analytical skills and a flair for numbers
- Ability to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work
- Good service mindset
- Quick learner who is easily able to adapt to changing demands
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing

- Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to ensure integrity of HR systems, guidelines, labour, tax and social security law
- Ability to recognize connectivity to accounting
- knowledge in SAP Success Factors would be a plus
- Fluency in German and preferably in English as well. Any other national languages are a significant plus.
- Record and administrate personnel master data in payroll system, timekeeping system and CDS
- Record and check variable payroll data
- Start payroll process and check payroll data to secure correct data for payment/accounting
- Secure a correct registration of co‑workers for the different social insurances/tax authorities
- Secure registration/announcement of co‑workers to different daily allowance insurances and monitor payments of daily allowances and prepare and forward credit notes for accounting
- Establish monthly statements to tax authorities (withholding tax) and monitor incoming invoices and forward invoices to accounting
- Monitor expiration of child allowances
- Establish year‑end statements for social insurances and tax authorities and assistance for reconciliation
- Establish of diverse personnel and salary data reports
- Complete various forms for public authorities (social insurances, execution offices)
- Contact to external or internal partners and support line managers, co‑workers and local HR in social insurance and HR system related matters
- Establish personnel (Badges) and secure correct building accesses for co‑workers in the units
