Contract Manager

Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Contract Manager.

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume contracts, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, and call‑off orders under framework procurement contracts.
• Support contracts in LSB and R&D divisions, including beta test, consultancy, services, and co‑marketing agreements.
• Coordinate and manage contract signature workflows across Group companies.
• Advise the business on legal and compliance matters and support the Director of Legal Affairs and other legal counsels.
• Contribute to efficient, risk‑aware, and standardized contracting processes.

• Bachelor of Laws; ideally 2–3 years of post‑graduate legal experience, preferably in‑house or in an international context.
• Strong contract law expertise and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in German and English;
  French is beneficial.
• Comfortable with digital legal tools, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and e‑signature platforms (e.g., Docu Sign).
