Compliance Officer, Law​/Legal

Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates. For our client we are looking for a Compliance Officer for a KYC Files Migration Project till the end of the year.

• Conduct KYC reviews in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Assess customer risk profiles, source of funds, and nature of business activities
• Review and verify identification documents, ownership structures, and beneficial ownership details
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk or complex customers
• Screen clients against sanctions, PEP, and adverse media lists, escalating concerns where necessary
• Document findings accurately, update internal systems, and maintain complete audit trails
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to obtain required information and ensure timely completion of reviews

• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Resident in Switzerland with valid work authorization
