• Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
• Drive new business by building strong, long‑term client relationships with top‑tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
• Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners.
• Recruit and lead a high‑performing team of engineering consultants.

You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector; define and execute sales strategies; lead business meetings with key decision‑makers; negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.
• Talent Acquisition: Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent; conduct interviews and assess candidates; manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage your own team of consultants; support career development; ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

You don’t need years of experience— we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• You have between 0‑3 years’ experience.
• Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
