This role can be pursued In person based out of our Headquarters in Zurich, or remotely from Warsaw or Prague.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Align projectobjectiveswith
  
  Cargoo’sstrategic goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams acrossoperations, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, andlogisticspartners.
• Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and drive process improvements.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions withinlogisticsoperations.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) tomaintainconsistency and service quality.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within thelogisticsor supply chain sector, ideally in a 4PL or digital freight environment.
• Proven experience managing RFI/RFQ processes and cross-functional project delivery.
• Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, andlogisticsoperations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS models, and SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement frameworks.
