Job Description- Strategic advisory for prestigious clients on construction projects, including those in the industrial, logistics, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Contribution of comprehensive expertise from the conceptual phase onward, with active involvement in project setup to ensure successful project delivery.
- Joint responsibility with the team for managing complex construction projects while upholding high quality and service standards.
- Coordination and oversight of all services provided by internal and external project stakeholders.
- Monitoring of project objectives, including adherence to schedule, budget, defined processes, and systems.
- Responsibility for the selection, leadership, and development of employees.
- Active cultivation of existing client relationships and business opportunities, expansion of professional networks, development of new market segments, and positioning of company services in additional application areas.
- Adegree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong expertise in industrial construction.
- Proven experience in leading or co‑managing complex large‑scale projects and programmes.
- Extensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools.
