Contract Manager- Fresh Graduates Program

Main Responsibilities

• Take charge of management and operations from aspects including profitability, commercial models, clauses, risks and competition concerning customers
• Design commercial solutions in reply to commercial bids or draft contracts
• Act as chief negotiator for sales contracts, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation and establish partnerships with customers at medium-level management
• Take part in SDT (Sales Decision-making Team) operations management and participate in reviews and support decision-making on regional-level key complex projects
• Organize all functions to identify risk and develop risk mitigation plans in pre-sales phase, manage risk and dispute during fulfillment phase
• Monitor the execution of company processes in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirements
• Track analysis administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the contract fulfillment phase

• Recently graduated (2024/2025) with a Bachelor or higher degree in Law or International Trading
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
• High flexibility, able to manage multiple tasks and be target oriented
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse high-paced organization
• Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German is required
