** Position
* * Wir suchen einen erfahren Senior Construction Manager, der/die unsere Bauprojekte in der Region Zürich verantwortet und erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringt.##
** Aufgaben bereiche
* ** Gesamtverantwortung für die termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und budgettreue Durchführung komplexer Bauprojekte
* Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Bauphasen
* Verhandlung und Management von Verträgen mit Auftraggebern, Architekten und Subunternehmern
* Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Schweizer Bauvorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards##
** Anforderungen
* ** Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bauwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Baumanagement
* Umfassende Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bauvorschriften und
-verfahren
* Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte in der Schweiz
* Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – Stakeholder Management
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Baumanagementsystemen##
