Eine NGO für Gleichstellung in Zürich sucht eine Geschäftsführerin für ein Pensum von 20%. Die Stelle umfasst die administrative Leitung, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Unterstützung des Vorstands. Gesucht wird eine Person mit Selbstständigkeit, sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Kenntnissen einer weiteren Amtssprache. Idealerweise haben Bewerber Innen Kenntnisse in der Schweizer Gleichstellungspolitik. Flexibles Arbeiten ohne feste Geschäftsstelle wird geboten.
