Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung eines Teams von rund 50 Mitarbeitenden. Voraussetzungen sind ein Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Disziplinen sowie mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit, aktiv zur gesellschaftlichen Reintegration straffälliger Menschen beizutragen und in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld zu arbeiten.
