• Very good Master's degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
• Affinity for IT and AI
• Fluent language skills (min. B2 level) in German and English
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• High capacity for teamwork and social skills
• Initial practical experiences in the financial industry
• Relevant experience in the banking industry

• Support with client consulting, handling strategic or operational tasks
• Support with the preparation of technical concepts and their implementation
• Responsibility for subject area content within the project
