Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented, versatile, and proactive professional to join our team based in Zürich, Switzerland. This hybrid role combines strategic project management, hands‑on project leadership, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and can seamlessly manage retail and experiential projects involving temporary architectural installations, while leading clients, internal teams, and all on‑site operations across Switzerland and Italy.
Key Responsibilities Client Management- Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long‑term relationships.
- Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
- Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
- Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.
- Lead and manage episodic architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) for cohesive execution.
- Review and execute technical drawings and other project documentation for project development, quality and compliance.
- Ensure successful on‑site project implementation in Italy, managing logistics, contractor coordination, and quality control.
- Implement best practices for project management, reporting, and financial tracking.
- Own project budgets and schedules from proposal to delivery, monitoring timings and costs.
- Actively coordinate and assist with installations and set‑ups of temporary retail environments in Italy and Switzerland.
- Supervise on‑site teams, subcontractors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges in real‑time and maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- 5+ years of experience in retail project management, experiential production, or episodic architecture environments.
- Languages:
Italian, Spanish, German and English (must). - Proficient in CAD drawigs - technical software and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record managing fast‑paced retail, pop‑up, event, or experiential projects.
- Deep knowledge of retail production, interior design, and technical execution.
- Resourceful mindset with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong commercial and client management skills.
- Positive, solution‑oriented, and collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends or holidays.
