Your Responsibilities- Identify and implement concrete measures to increase operational efficiency in day-to-day business
- Take ownership of the continuous development, standardisation and digitalisation of end-to-end operational processes, optimise recurring workflows and implement AI-driven solutions
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure the structured handling of customer requests
- Actively use CRM and AI tools in daily operations
- Prepare reports, analyses and KPI evaluations to steer and manage the team
- Take responsibility for accounts receivable management, including monitoring outstanding invoices and incoming payments
- Control and manage invoice issuance and dispatch
- Full responsibility for fleet management and administration of camera equipment
- Handle correspondence in German, French and Italian
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Federal Diploma (HF) in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in administration, finance, operations or customer services is an advantage
- Proven experience in implementing projects and processes (CRM systems, automation and AI tools required)
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Italian and French at conversational level (mandatory)
- All-rounder personality with a strong hands-on mentality

- Ability to take on leadership responsibility independently while actively supporting brokers from the back office
