Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement concrete measures to increase operational efficiency in day-to-day business
  • Take ownership of the continuous development, standardisation and digitalisation of end-to-end operational processes, optimise recurring workflows and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure the structured handling of customer requests
  • Actively use CRM and AI tools in daily operations
  • Prepare reports, analyses and KPI evaluations to steer and manage the team
  • Take responsibility for accounts receivable management, including monitoring outstanding invoices and incoming payments
  • Control and manage invoice issuance and dispatch
  • Full responsibility for fleet management and administration of camera equipment
  • Handle correspondence in German, French and Italian
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team
Your Profile
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Federal Diploma (HF) in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in administration, finance, operations or customer services is an advantage
  • Proven experience in implementing projects and processes (CRM systems, automation and AI tools required)
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • Italian and French at conversational level (mandatory)
  • All-rounder personality with a strong hands-on mentality
  • High level of initiative, energy and resilience
  • Ability to take on leadership responsibility independently while actively supporting brokers from the back office
