In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für rund 100 Mitarbeitende und die operative Führung des Confiserie-Bereichs. Sie leiten die Abteilungsleiter, optimieren die Produktion und gewährleisten höchste Produktqualität. Voraussetzung sind Fachwissen als Konditor/Confiseur und Führungserfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche. Die Stelle erfordert zudem eine gute IT-Affinität, insbesondere mit SAP S/4
HANA.
