You are an established consulting leader with:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland
• A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader in a recognised consulting firm
• A strong footprint commercial network in Switzerland within Life Sciences or the Financial Industry (other industries are also welcome)
• Fluency in German and English (essential for our Swiss market)
• A reputation as a trusted advisor
• A distinct entrepreneurial mindset – you build, you lead, you take ownership

You are not only an expert in your field. You are motivated by growing a practice, shaping teams, developing client relationships and creating measurable impact.

You participate directly in the value creation and growth of the firm. This is not symbolic participation – it is real ownership.

You have the space to develop your practice, themes and teams in alignment with your ambition and market opportunities. We trust experienced leaders to lead.
