As a Senior Consultant Banking at Synpulse, you will support leading financial institutions in navigating complex transformation projects. You will take on a key role in analyzing business challenges, designing future-ready solutions, and implementing change – from strategy to execution. You act as a trusted advisor to clients and a driving force within interdisciplinary project teams.

• Management consulting for our clients, handling strategic and operational tasks
• Preparation of technical concepts and implementation planning
• Build strong client relationships and manage key stakeholders
• Responsibility for subject area content within projects
• Management of project teams

• Very good Master's degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
• 2-4 years of professional experience in the financial industry or consulting sector
• Affinity for IT and AI
• Fluent language skills (min. B2 level) in German and English
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on attitude
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• High capacity for teamwork and social skills
• Willingness to travel
