21 AG im Raum Zürich sucht eine führungsstarke Abteilungsleitung Pflege (80–100%) zur Leitung einer offen geführten Abteilung mit ca. 28 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern. Sie steuern ein Team von ca. 15 Mitarbeitenden, tragen direkte Pflegeverantwortung und erledigen administrative Aufgaben.
Sie entwickeln Pflegequalität weiter, arbeiten im Leitungsteam Pflege und beziehen Angehörige aktiv ein. Erwartet wird eine HF/FH-Qualifikation, mehrjährige Pflegeerfahrung und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung.
