Die Tertianum Gruppe sucht in Zürich eine Teamleitung Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 80–100% zur Führung des Pflegeteams auf 23 Gästen im Etzelgut.
Sie übernehmen Mitverantwortung bei Rekrutierung, planen Teamsitzungen, führen Stationsabläufe und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Pflegekonzepts bei. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; RAI-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil und Teilzeitmodelle werden angeboten.
