Business Continuity Manager m/w/d /Operational Resilience / DORA /100%/ ZH

Project: For our client, a leading Swiss bank, we are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager / Resilience Expert to support a strategically important program aimed at strengthening operational resilience. You will assume technical leadership of the “Technical Recovery” stream and be responsible for developing a regulatory-compliant recovery plan for a critical banking service.

Start date:

August 10, 2026, for 6 months, 100% onsite in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership of a resilience stream within a bank-wide program

• Analysis and documentation of critical business processes and their interdependencies
• Development and refinement of recovery plans
• Definition of requirements for recovery and emergency operations
• Conducting workshops with business units, IT, Risk, and Governance
• Planning and conducting recovery tests, including evaluation
• Preparation of management and governance documentation

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in a PMO environment for large, complex IT programs or projects
• Technical leadership of a resilience stream within a bank-wide program
• Analysis and documentation of critical business processes and their dependencies
• Creation and refinement of recovery plans
• Definition of requirements for recovery and emergency operations
• Conducting workshops with business units, IT, Risk, and Governance
• Planning and executing recovery tests, including evaluation
• Preparing management and governance documentation
