Sie entwickeln das Angebot strategisch weiter, verantworten Ressourcen-, Budget- und Einsatzplanung, sichern Qualität und arbeiten bereichsübergreifend mit internen und externen Partnern. Zudem führen Sie Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung und eine positive Führungskultur.
