AOZ Zürich sucht eine Führungspersönlichkeit für das BBJE Vollbetreutes Wohnen.j Sie übernehmen die operative Leitung, arbeiten am Aufbau eines 7-köpfigen Teams mit Dienstplanung und fördern die fachliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. Die Klienten werden sozialpädagogisch betreut und Förderpläne umgesetzt.
Sie arbeiten an Schnittstellen, beteiligen sich an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und bringen Führungserfahrung im Sozialbereich ein. Das Einsatzgebiet ist Zürich.
