Sie entwickeln Ausbildungs- und Wissenskonzepte, stärken Kooperationen, koordinieren Academy-Aktivitäten und sichern Wissensmanagement über Tools wie SharePoint, PV-Tools und weitere Lösungen. Zudem arbeiten Sie an fachlichen Projekten und fördern Teamkultur.
