TANZINOLTEN sucht eine/n Festivalleiter/in zur Entwicklung und Führung des nationalen Tanzfestivals in Olten. Du bringst Leidenschaft für Tanz, Organisationstalent und die Bereitschaft mit, das Festival gemeinsam mit dem Vorstand strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören Gesamtleitung, Kuration, Budgetverantwortung, Fundraising sowie die Pflege von Kontakten zu Partnern und Institutionen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vorstand und externen Medien zusammen.
