Stiftung GFZ (Gemeinnützige Frauen Zürich) sucht eine Leitung der Verbundkitas. Sie führen die Kitas und Familienzentren fachlich und personell, tragen Mitverantwortung für Finanzen, Belegung und Personalplanung und treiben strategische Entwicklungen voran.
Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen, Behörden und Partnerorganisationen zusammen, setzen Konzepte, Richtlinien und Standards um und vertreten den Verbund nach innen sowie außen. Verbindliche? 80–100% Arbeitszeit.
