Location: Zürich
Universitätsspital Zürich USZ sucht eine Leitung für das IVF-/Andrologielabor, um fachliche und operative Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Spitzenqualität in der Reproduktionsmedizin sicherzustellen.
Sie führen ein ca. achtköpfiges Team, fördern Mitarbeitende, koordinieren Ressourcen und beaufsichtigen Qualitätsmanagement sowie Audits. Erwartet wird ein Hochschulabschluss, ART-Kenntnisse und Führungserfahrung; ESHRE-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil.
