Director , Rewards & Careers

As a Director in our Work & Rewards practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements and developing business opportunities across a range of industries. You will act as a coach and mentor, contributing to the growth and performance of our teams.

• Lead discovery discussions to generate new business opportunities with our selected target clients within the Multinational Cluster, develop and deliver proposals.
• Serve as the primary W&R Consultant leading client projects to deliver client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (e.g., with Heads of Reward, Reward Managers, Heads of Talent) to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple complex projects ensuring profitability, associate engagement, and client satisfaction.
• Partner strategically with clients to develop innovative approaches to solving their HR, reward, talent and business challenges.
• Provide high‑quality consulting advice and effective communication of findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
• Contribute to building diverse teams and developing departmental plans and strategies.
• Serve as a role model for WTW's values, promoting teamwork and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the go‑to‑market strategy for the cluster.
• Support and role model in building bridges between our three practices, enabling us to go to market as one W&R.
• Enhance WTW's external visibility through drafting articles and participating in conferences.

• Minimum 8 years of design‑oriented experience in consulting or a consultative corporate environment, focused on WRC disciplines.
• Strong understanding of rewards programs and processes, with a proven track record in the Benelux, Nordics, or Switzerland markets.
• Affinity with digital tools and AI.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present effective solutions.
• Strong project management capabilities and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional local languages are an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
