Stadt Zürich – Sozialdepartement sucht eine:n Leiter:in der Dienstabteilung Support SDS mit Fokus auf strategische Ausrichtung und operative Exzellenz. Sie führen HR, Finanzen, Informatik, Controlling und Infrastruktur und gestalten moderne, digitale Serviceprozesse.
Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, Hochschulabschluss mit MAS/CAS in Public Management und Führung sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Projekt- und Changemanagement mit. Eine starke Dienstleistungsorientierung ist Voraussetzung.
