Schweizerische Epilepsie Stiftung in Zürich sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Teamleiterin/Teamleiter Tagesstätten Kreativatelier und Seniorenclub. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Arbeits- und Tagesstrukturplätze in den Kreativ-Ateliers und dem Seniorenclub der Tagesstätten.
Sie führen ein Team von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden, planen den Personaleinsatz, entwickeln das Angebot weiter und sichern die Qualität der Leistungen sowie die Zufriedenheit der Klientinnen und Klienten.
