These appointments are intended for senior executives with responsibility for commercial performance, talent development and strategic execution.

Depending on the institution, responsibilities may include:

• Leading teams of Senior Private Bankers and Market Heads
• Driving sustainable growth in assets, revenues and profitability
• Recruiting and mentoring exceptional talent
• Working closely with Executive Management and the Board
• Expanding strategic international markets

These appointments offer the opportunity to shape an institution rather than simply manage a business unit.

Our clients are appointing leaders of a private client franchise. Either you hold UHNW relationships yourself, or you lead the bankers who do and you are able to name them.

We are not able to consider backgrounds in operations, technology, audit, compliance, human resources, corporate or institutional banking, consulting or corporate finance, however senior the title. This is a commercial appointment rather than an administrative one.

If you would bring a team, please be ready to say how many bankers, the approximate size of each book and the markets they cover. The first conversation starts there.

You understand that leadership is measured not only by financial performance, but by the calibre of the people you attract, develop and retain.

Exceptional executives rarely move because of compensation alone.

They move when another institution offers greater strategic influence, a stronger platform and the opportunity to create lasting value.

Depending on the scope of responsibility and strategic importance of the appointment,
fixed annual remuneration typically ranges between CHF 350,000 and CHF 500,000, complemented by competitive long-term incentive arrangements. Total remuneration may substantially exceed CHF 1 million.
