## BU Consumer Experience Lead – Toblerone & World Trade Retail Lead the Consumer Experience expertise to design intelligent brand experiences that move people and drive digital transformation for the newly established Toblerone & World Trade Retail BU.Champion the CX purpose and embed “Design intelligent brand experiences that move people” across BU brands
2. Elevate Creative and Experience Excellence Partner with brand teams and agencies to deliver data-powered, emotionally resonant creative ideas, fit for purpose content and assets  Define the O&E experience strategy to bring brand purpose to life Input into tagging / tracking requirements
7. Work with internal and external teams/functions 10 years+ experience – including extensive experience in leading digital marketing, developing strategies, and demonstrating a proven track record of success in achieve marketing goals
