We are looking for a driven and creative Content & Product Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our Central Content Team. This experienced marketing professional will work closely with Product Management, Commercial Teams and Central Mar Com, transforming complex innovations into compelling, audience-relevant content that supports market education, demand generation, and brand differentiation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology-driven industries, with proven experience in developing product-related content strategies that position the company as a leader in innovation.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
** Your tasks
**** Product Portfolio Content Strategy & Development
*** Collaborate closely with Product Portfolio Management and Commercial Teams to understand product features, innovations, and customer benefits, translating technical information into engaging marketing content.
* Develop and manage content strategies and messaging frameworks for product launches and innovations across divisions.
* Plan and produce high-quality product-related assets — including product guides, videos, and website content — ensuring technical accuracy and market appeal.
* Ensure all product messaging aligns with the overall Kardex brand positioning and supports business objectives.
* Support the launch of innovations / product updates with targeted content, storytelling, and promotional materials.
* Monitor competitor and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiating the Kardex’ portfolio.
** Project & Stakeholder Management
*** Manage multiple product content projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
* Act as the marketing liaison for Product Management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
* Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure content is effectively distributed.
** Content Creation & Creative Collaboration
*** Produce and edit high-quality written and visual content for diverse audiences.
* Work with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging visuals, animations, and videos that bring product stories to life.
* Uphold Kardex’ tone of voice, messaging consistency, and visual identity across all content.
** Your profile
*** University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in product or content marketing, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven environment; experience in intralogistics or automation is a strong asset.
* Strong understanding of product marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market processes.
* Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, benefit-driven marketing messages.
* Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills in English (German is a strong advantage).
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* A collaborative, proactive, and hands-on personality who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
