To scale our marketing efforts and ensure operational excellence, we are looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist who thrives on execution, coordination, and high‑quality delivery across channels.

Tasks

As Marketing Operations & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality content across channels and languages. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
Your responsibilities include :

Campaign & Marketing Automation

Build, schedule, and optimise email campaigns and lifecycle automations using Customer.io and Instantly. Create outreach sequences in Instantly and support SDR and Account Management teams with operational execution.

Content Production & Publishing

Produce and publish newsletters, product announcements, and campaign assets across channels.

Social Media Operations

Manage day-to‑day social media operations, including captions, briefs, scheduling, and coordination with external designers or agencies.

Website Content Management

Update website content and layout in Framer, including new sections, copy updates, translations, QA, and bug reporting.

Design & Asset Support

Create or adapt simple graphics using Figma templates and coordinate with designers for larger design needs.

UI Copy & Localisation

Maintain and quality‑check UI copy across the product. Coordinate translations in EN, DE, FR, IT, and HU, manage translation workflows and keys (approx. 4–6 hours per week).

Event Support

Support the planning and execution of events, including vendor coordination, materials, swag, handouts, and logistics.

Analytics & Reporting

Run basic campaign analytics and provide performance insights to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

You are highly organised, detail‑oriented, and enjoy turning plans into action. Ideally, you bring :

  • Experience in marketing operations, content marketing, or campaign execution
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing tools (e.g. Customer.io , CRM, email tools)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for consistency and quality
  • A structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma
  • Comfort working with multilingual content and localisation workflows
  • Analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English;
    German is a strong plus, additional languages are an advantage
