• Support the four-person Marketing & Communications team responsible for all marketing and communication activities of LGT Bank Switzerland

• Assist in the nomination and invitation process for events (creating CRM campaigns, ensuring data quality, preparing electronic invitation materials such as event websites)

• Execute external mailings and newsletter distributions

• Support internal communication

• Support in the creation and updating of presentations and factsheets

• Perform administrative tasks such as accounting, ordering, or responding to donation and sponsorship requests

• Completed commercial or equivalent education

• Strong interest in the field of marketing/communication; work experience is an advantage

• An engaged, motivated, responsible, and creative individual with a quick comprehension skills

• Very careful and precise working methods, good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance

• Flair for text, layout and photography

• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well as excellent German and very good English skills; other languages are an advantage
