Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit oder vergleichbar, Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialwesens, Erfahrung in Asyl/Migration sowie Fähigkeiten in Coaching, Projektsteuerung und Finanzierung. Mobilität in der Deutschschweiz wird erwartet.
