- Multiple years of experience as a cook or completed culinary apprenticeship.
- Strong product knowledge, preferably in refined Italian cuisine.
- Good German and Italian language skills.
- Team player, resilient and well‑tolerant.
- Efficient, flexible, and disciplined work style.
