Anforderungen
Kochlehre und fundierte Erfahrung in der hoch stehenden Küche, möglichst in GM-Betrieben, kann und will überdurchschnittliche Leistungen erbringen, ist innovativ, kreativ und besitzt einen sicheren Geschmack, Freude am Kochen auf höchstem Niveau, ist selbständig und offen für Neues.
