The Restaurant HIKARI in Wiedikon, Zürich, offers its guests vegan, Japanese dishes. Beside a selection of ramen specialties, our menu also includes traditional Japanese appetizers, desserts, as well as a range of homemade lemonades and cocktails. Our restaurant has 60 seats indoors and 42 seats on the terrace. We are open all day and place great emphasis on quality, freshness, and sustainable cooking.
We are looking for a Service / Bar‑Mitarbeiter: in, 50%, with mixed shifts from immediately or as agreed.
Responsibilities- Tägliches Mise en Place erstellen
- Beratung, Service und Bedienung der Gäste
- Gäste‑Rechnungen sowie Serviceabrechnungen erstellen
- Allgemeine Aufräum‑ & Reinigungsarbeiten
- Einhaltung der Hygienestandards
- Serviceerfahrung in der Gastronomie
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und motivierte Einstellung zum Beruf
- Kenntnisse und/oder Interesse an der japanischen Esskultur
- Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortung
- Gepflegte Umgangsformen
- Gute mündliche Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Restaurant, Café und an der Bar
- Angenehmes Arbeitsklima in einem modernen Lokal
